How does The Cloud Easy Offer help my business?

With the Cloud Easy Offer, you can earn partner subsidy funds, which can be used for additional purchases of Microsoft software, Online Services subscriptions or associated services – a welcome injection to your IT budget.

What is a subsidy?

A subsidy is a check made payable to the Microsoft partner of your choice. This subsidy can be used to enrich and implement your overall solution as it allows you to purchase additional Microsoft software, Online Services subscriptions, or associated services from your selected Microsoft partner of record (POR).

Qualified Organizations must successfully submit their claims at http://www.microsoftincentives.com/cloudeasy by 5:00pm PDT within thirty (30) days of purchase date (Oct 1, 2012 – Dec 31, 2012)* to receive the partner subsidy funds. *Please note: The 30 day redemption requirement does not apply to qualifying Online Services subscription purchases made between July 1, 2012 – Aug 9, 2012. Customers who purchases eligible products during the Cloud Easy offer that was available from July 1 through September 30, 2012 should redeem their claim within 30 days of purchases at http://www.microsoftincentives.com/cloudeasy.

How does it work?

Purchase Microsoft Online Services between October 1, 2012 - December 31, 2012.
Review the list of Microsoft Online Services at www.microsoftincentives.com/cloudeasy to determine offer eligibility.
Choose a participating Microsoft partner if you do not already have one identified. You may use your subsidy funds with this partner.
Redeem subsidy claim within 30 days of purchase at www.microsoftincentives.com/cloudeasy.
Spend your subsidy check within 90 days of the issue date.
